Ubereats took my money

I made order around lunch time on Friday. I was owing ubereats R55 and i ordered two chicken paullas and a quarter chicken and a coke 1.5lt. An amount of R205 was taken from my bank account but my order just disappeared i checked order history and there was no sign of my order. I have check on my order history, i called all pedros in umhlanga they told me they never received my order i also called gateway and lalucia i got the same answer. Kindly get back to me i have proof
