UberEats took my money

I made an order yesterday and it had missing items when the driver delivered it. I tried to contact uber eats using the driver's phone,his name is Sarimo and I ended up getting a message that I refused to accept the order so I will not get a refund! How am I supposed to take an order that has missing items. They did not refund me back my money and they have a poor customer service , I will not order anything from them
