UberEats THREATENING customers and BLAME Shifting
UberEats blaming and threatening you as a customer to deactivate your account because they are not willing to look into serious problems in their company and how to better handle disputes.
This after you have sent them all the proof they need to look into a matter and merely asking them to provide better service in the future. After MANY wrong orders, food not even delivered (but paid for) etc- they BLAME the CUSTOMER. Saying that the customer only wants a refund. Instead of taking it up with their employees and the restaurants. (Receiving such a bold statement AFTER you have notified them that you DO NOT WANT A REFUND). UberEats SA, have you ever heard of the CPA? Or Companies Act?..
The DRIVERS almost NEVER match the description or vehicle (3 out of 5 times at least), UberEats argues that they are independent contractors, they also IGNORE my complaints and pleas for better SAFETY measures, screening of employees and who they partner with (drivers). Thus, PUTTING MY LIFE (and of other's) IN DANGER. (#AmInext) This is extremely dangerous in our country (SA), but UberEats decides to turn a blind eye.
