Ubereats theft!!!!

I paid their driver two hundred rand for a 192.11 order. Two days later while trying to get a ride I'm told I can not get a ride unless I pay 192.11. I had to go home so I paid it. I go to complain and they tell me they can't do anything about it. THEY LITERALLY ***** from me and they can not do anything about it. What the hell. Give me my money back!!!
