Ubereats theft

I ordered and paid online for food fishways.it has not been delivered to me. When i contacted the driver he sent me a random picture of it being in the hotbox, and states he left it somewhere outside and according to him thats delivered. The driver has not stated where or with who he left it. It was not a the address supp**** and i stated meet me at the door which he didnt do. The driver either sent the picture and did foulplay and stole my food or delivered it the wrong address and didnt care. We do have building security footage that the food did not come to me. I want a refund that sorry excuse that he made that he tried to contact was allowing the phone to ring for 2 seconds and we were waiting outside , he **** he was was unable to contact us or verify an identity because if what he was saying was the truth he should have returned the order back to fishaways. Not left it randomly some where. He stole it and then uber eats is in cahoots ,denial and defence . Ubereats has no customer service they rogues they dont refund the money even when no goods delivered and their drivers are also rogues.the banks cant put a stop as the money is immediately taken from the account.
