Ubereats theft

I ordered food and it never came,the driver swore he was he was at my house but that’s not true because they never made it ans I am incredibly angry because they made me pay twice after giving me the reorder option!!! I hate this because they are going to give me a stupid voucher all the while I spent money on this food this is ****ED UP
