Ubereats *****/theft

I am writing to report a disturbing incident involving an Uber driver who failed to deliver my food order, despite changing the status to "completed." This is unacceptable and raises serious security concerns.

On 08 November I placed an order through Uber Eats and provided the driver, Augustin with my security pin to enter my estate. However, the driver never delivered the food. When I tried contacting him multiple times, he ignored my calls. I have call logs to prove my attempts to reach out.

The driver's actions are not only unprofessional but also potentially *****ulent. By marking the order as completed, Uber's system allowed the driver to exploit the platform and ***** from me.
