UberEats Theft

I never received my order from delivery person Boitumelo Mkangama Emmanuel tonight 27 January 2024. Full payment went off my credit card and I received an invoice but no order. The order delivery time was 8pm and at 8:30pm my order still wasn't with me. On the app the order is completed. I wasn't contacted and even went to stand outside in the rain. There's no customer service number to contact, only a few options available on the app. Im an uber one user, very disappointed and left with an empty tummy and empty wallet and loss of faith and respect for the Uber brand. The driver even collected his tip and the transaction went off my card! Switching to another SERVICE provider.
