UberEats.... The epitome of non existant customer service!

I ordered a meal from Buddy's Burger in Cape Town and my burger was raw!

Uber eats would not assist me in any way! Instead, after reporting this to them, I got sent a number of generic, automated responses. At no point was my issue addressed.

I was not offered a refund. I was not offered a replacement meal! So I paid for something that could not be eaten and all UberEats can say is that they have policies in ace that do not allow them to refund me.

So basically, when ordering from UberEats, you can receive a pile of **** instead of what you actually ordered and they will do nothing to rectify the situation.

This is the service a company as big as UberEats offer's its clients. That's how much they DON'T care.

Think about that the next time you place an order. I will not use them again. Other apps like Mr Delivery and Order In at least allow for the reporting and exchanging of substandard food.

The service I received from UberEats has been pathetic!
