UberEats - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Absolutely terrible experience and not only now. A few times. The driver CANNOT read or understand English. I told him 3 or 4 times you are at the wrong address. I gave him my delivery address. He could not understand what was happening. I tried calling him but his phone went to voicemail. There is no way or easy way to contact Uber Eats because I was billed now for food I never received. I have experienced this numerous times. I will never order or use Uber ever again.
