UberEats Support was AMAZING 👏🏼

I had a safety issue with the quality of an item from my small grocery order and UberEats support called me at 22h00 to ensure I was physically safe and showed true concern, offered to refund my entire order and assured me the investigation would have an official outcome to ensure that never again to me or other clients.

I felt looked after and they really took the matter extremely serious and because of this service I will continue to use and feel trust restored in my experience!
