Ubereats support very unprofessional

Yesterday I bought food from macdonalds using uber eats. The driver collected food from the restaurant and texted me via the app and told me to come to collect the food about 1.5km away from my place. It was 9 at night, I told him I cant. So he said unfortunately he can't deliver. I cancelled the order, but didnt get my money back even after contacting support. I'm entirely disappointed, I'm never using ubereats ever again, if this is how support conducts business. I mean they didnt even listen to what I had to say. Just said the money you paid will not be refunded.
