Ubereats support sucks

Hi This is the second time i didnt receive my full order after ordering from uber eats. The first time I ordered 4 burgers from steers and only received 2, when i tried the help option on the ubereats app i received a message the next morning at 1 I mean really I then had to make food for my children even though I was hoping to have a lovely meal with them from steers. I was only helped the next day. Today 3/6/2020 I ordered from McDonalds and again I only received part of my order and again I am still waiting for a reply from their support staff I mean really what am I supposed to do. I was expecting the food and now I have to wait a day or two just for them to let me know they are giving my money back I WANT THE FOOD THAT I ORDERED WHEN I ORDER IT. GET YOUR DELIVERIES RIGHT!!!!
