UBEREATS support service is worst ever!

The driver went to the wrong address. Was impossible to talk to him, due to bad signal, I indicated to him that he is at wrong address, he ignored me and told me he is in front of the gate, which he definitely wasn't. Then the next moment the order is shown as delivered and the support services, just keep on telling me that protocol was followed so I wont get a refund! This is the worst service I've ever experienced..... I can understand a mistake.... but this support services is ridiculous!!
