UberEats support not helping

I ordered food and my food never arrived.

This morning i have tried countless times to get a response from support regarding a refund as i never received and food but i already paid and it has been one of the hardest things to do because no one seems to want to help and now it looks like i cannot get a refund.

They start a chat with me then they end it without me even responding. How am i supposed to resolve my issue when no one is willing to help and there is no contact number only a stupid bot responding.

I will never use Uber Eats again and i hope the driver that delivered my non existent order gets reprimanded so they never do this again.
