Ubereats sucks

I ordered food via ubereats app from kfc waterglen branch on the 3rd may 2022 opted to pay cash then the food didn't arrive when I check the order it was cancelled then I reordered payed electronically then the food still didn't arrive and no refund till today .m very disappointed cause I queried it they send me R 25 voucher for my next order what's R25 compared to my R93.00. I want my money
