UberEats Sucks

I wish there was a negative rating one can choose like -10. UberEats 1st time and last time I used them. The feedback from client service regarding my order that was canceled after waiting for over an hour for a food order worth R300.00, was "the driver could not find my address" apparently, but I have taken more than 40 trips from the same address. At the same time, the delivery driver sends me a message that he is stuck over an hour already at KFC. Lies lies are all around, KFC Hazeldean don't even take our call, they answer then they put the phone down.
