UberEats sucks

As a first-time user of this service, I can safely say that I shall never make use of them again! I placed an order for KFC, which happens to be 5 minutes from my house. The order was placed around 8.30pm and the delivery was indicated to be 25 minutes later. Leapfrog ahead one hour later, I texted the driver to cancel the order. After another 45 minutes, well after 10pm (an hour and three quarters after placing the order, when I was already sleeping) and notwithstanding the cancellation, he showed up at my place wanting to deliver the order. I told him that I had cancelled it and that he must go away. The next day, I complained to Uber support, which then refunded me R 58.00 from the R 130.00 debited off my credit card. When I attempted to find out why I was only partially refunded, no explanation was offered and then they closed the communication thread, which resulted in the same automated reply, over and over. They can keep my R 72.00, but I shall never use Uber again!
