UberEats sucks

I have utilised UberEATS on the 17 May 2026 where I ordered hotpot with spicy rice and 1/4 chicken, single chips and Nando's roll from Nando's Montana for an amount of R171,00. My order never reached me and when I made enquiries it was alleged that it was collected by one and delivered by one Kgaume. they said delivery never reached me. To my surprise I do not know how he handed the goods to someone without the pin. The address he delivered to is quite different from my address. When I checked the app, he delivered to 1582 avocet Ave Zambezi country estate Pretoria. I am very disappointed.
