UberEats Stole our food and Our money!!!

Uber Eats stole our food and money. We ordered and had a notification that our food was collected. Then a few minutes later the Driver changed and a new Driver said that the order was already collected and he couldn't do anything.

We phoned the help line and NO ONE COULD VERIFY OUR ACCOUNT!!! After two phone calls and repeating our email address many times. For the past two weeks I have been struggling to get any drivers in our area and now this!?

Never using Uber again. Mr D you have Gained a customer.
