UberEats stole my money

I ordered food from UberEats and never received food when I tracked on the app the food was delivered I don’t know to which address and I immediately reported on the app and called KFC Kempton Park CBD to report, but I was not assisted. I called UberEats again day after, the lady called Zakhe took my details but till this day I have not received any response.
