UberEats stole my money!!!!

Your driver took my food and I want my money back there was no order delivered and in the 8 min waiting time I spoke to the client once to direct him and called him 2 times to which he didn’t answer. I want my money back. My address was correct, no driver has ever been lost coming here. You cannot penalise me for a driver who has poor coordination skills that’s your mistake in hiring him, why must I pay for his incompetence? I want my money back. You never have any issues from me when I pay you guys every month for a membership fee so why are you guys *****ing from me?
