UberEats stole my money

I ordered food from UberEats on the 4th November. As per normal before the food is delivered they debit your card. The charge went off my card, R1423.90, yes who even orders for this amount on UberEats, clearly never again! The charge went off at 17h38. Food was delivered just before 19h00 and low and behold UberEats debited my card again with the amount of R1423.90. We logged a query and requested a refund and they keep responding with the same message asking for the first 6 digits of the card and last 4 including expiry date, wow why not ask me for my whole card number so you can ***** more of my money! To date I still have not had a refund nor a freaking apology or an explanation! The worst delivery service ever! *****sters!
