UBEREATS STOLE MY MONEY AND FOOD

I ordered food and on the way to deliver the driver called me and said he forgot something and needs to go back to the store so I said okay and next thing the order was canceled by uber, that was on the 26th november and till now my money isn't refunded. when I messaged them about it they rep**** that i already have another threat open with the same issue so they are closing the current one, yet there was no other thread, again i opened a conversation about it and explained there is no other thread open and i want my money back because its not my fault that they cancelled it and again it was like a copy and paste message that i have another thread open about it and they closed it, there is no number to call so basically i was ****** by them,
