UberEats stole my money!

UberEats has pathetic customer service! It's appalling to read about all the similar experience I had. I placed an order for close to R200 and the order didn't arrive. The Uber eats driver told me that he's too far and as a result can't deliver to me, why on earth did he take the food if he knew it was "too far???" he proceeded to take a picture of the food having been "delivered to me" yet it never even arrived. I lodged several complaints and I wasn't assisted nor was I refunded. How on earth is this behaviour tolerated?
