UberEats stole my money

I had about R500 removed from my account by uberEats and I hadn't bought anything and when I enquired of it no one investigated nor did I get my money back, and then they took another R50 even after I closed my account with them and now I've had to completely block my account. Their customer service is bad and they don't properly investigate these matters. I do not recommend
