UberEats stole my money

I placed an order using UberEats today 14/12/2023 at 15:30 with Pedro's Chicken for the order to be delivered at 17:00 today 14/12/2023. R433.95 was deducted from my bank account as payment. I then receive a pop-up notification that closed as soon as I clicked on it, which I could barely make out that it said something about Pedro's canceling my order.

I go into the UberEats app and the order is gone. No trace. I contact UberEats and they tell me that they also cannot see the order, but will escalate it and get back to me in 24 to 48 hrs.

So now I sit with no food and R433.95 ****** OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
