UBEREATS STOLE MY MONEY

On 8 September 2025 I ordered a crunch meal, whopper meal and chicken tenders for my daughter and I. My daughter had extracurricular activities so we ordered from Ubereats for the convenience of it, due to late night we had. Upon delivery I informed the driver that there is an entire meal (crunch) missing, and he said he will collect it and bring it back to us as long as I lodge the complaint on the app, which I did in front of him as witness. To my surprise, my account was credited with R27.97. The crunch meal which was missing, is a total of R88.90. Adding to the frustration was the fact that they even brought the wrong drink and the chicken tenders were replaced with spicy bbq wings. After numerous in-app attempts to enquire about the matter, I keep getting the notification that I was already refunded and my query has been resolved. UBER EATS OWES ME MONEY AND AN APOLOGY, because I had to then order a second time from another restaurant and pay delivery fee again.
