Ubereats stole my money

you stole my money on Friday! I tried contacting your support line but couldn't get through. I then tried to dispute this on a previous order so I can get help but your support agents are useless and don't want to investigate further despite me giving them the Proof of payment! i submitted another request and they just closed my ticket! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
