UberEats stole from me

i there, This has been ongoing now for a week and support is being completely useless. Uber eats claims that I did not pay my amount in full even though I have camera footage of me paying my driver plus a tip. I have asked them to clear my so called arrears based on the evidence I did pay them.They keep saying they cannot help me and keep closing my request. In essense , they stole money from me and refuse to assist. Its only a few bucks , but this is the principle and their blatant unwillingness to assist and accusing me of being dishonest when I have proof I paid
