UberEats steep decline in service levels and quality

When first launched in SA, UberEats was a good service. Convenient and well priced and you always got your order in time and still warm. However as with most companies the greed seems to have set in and now the priority is no longer on quality service to paying customers, but rather to see how many deliveries they can squeeze in. Whether it is the company itself or the drivers that do this, it doesn't really make a difference. It is being allowed to happen which is a problem with management doesn't matter how you look at it. Nowadays when ordering UberEats, more than often you are squeezed into a queue of orders and the dirvers try and to as many deliveries as they can and don't give a sh@t about your order and if it gets to you 30minutes late, crumpled up and damaged and ice cold. And then UberEats does nothing about it when you complain and ask for a refund. Well UberEats will not see a cent of my money ever again. Too big too fail some might say....but let's see. Many companies thought they were too big to fail and were surprised in the end.
