Ubereats *****s money and refuse to assist

Order was wrong i was credited on the receipt but the full amount was debited and i awaited a credit that they said on the app might take 48h. Never got the credit and when i ask the system says after 48h they cannot help me anymore so they basically steeling your money and refuse to assist.
