UberEATS *****s from the poor

Issues #1: I ordered food using UberEATS and did not receive my food but had to pay for it anyway. I made the same order after the app had told me it had been delivered as my wife and I still hadn't eaten. I have written complaints to Uber who refuses to refund me for the order that I never received.

Issue #2: We ordered food and paid cash. Not long after, the app said we owed that money for the order and we again complained about this and we got no response. Uber has now just used the card details to ***** the money out of our account after trying several times when there was no money costing us all those bank charges for declined authorizations
