Ubereats, *****ing from the public!

I placed an order for tomorrow, 12 December at 12 in the afternoon. The second my payment went through, they did the order immediately!!! I coulnd contact Ubereats as The help, app doesnt work when selecting it. The driver couldnt deliver the meal, as the adress i sent it to, is inside an estate and there was no one to open the gate. Unfortunately the perdon i sent it to didnt have his phone on him, and wasnt aware of the surprise meal so he had no idea to open the gate from his unit. This is theft!!! Ubrr eats shouls replace this meal at their cost!!
