UberEats South African driver Mj - delivered damaged smelly food

UberEats South African Driver. This drivers name is Mj,he delivered food that is damaged. The packaging was also damaged, the drink was half full and it had a smell and filled with white and blue things inside. I couldn’t eat my food due to this. I sent an email to Uber Eats support and they said they were looking into the matter, email sent at 20:19 Saturday night and the following day(Sunday) I am still waiting to find out if I will get a refund or new order will placed and get new take away. I am very disappointed at this UberEats driver for poor service delivery and did not even apologise and for the support team not to get back to me even now AND the drivers picture on the profile is a female but a male delivered the food, UberEats needs to look into this please?!
