UberEats Slow and Poor Service Delivery

Every time our family have used Uber Eats since last year, we threaten to un-install the app because the service is really getting worse and worse. Originally you ordered your food and a driver dashed along, picked it up and delivered. Since last year when you order your food, the driver needs to collect 6 orders first from multiple locations scattered across town and deliver to 6 customers in serial fashion. It means you always get completely ice-cold food that no longer tastes nice. In the end it would have been much better and quicker to go and order your own food and come back home with a warm meal. Uber Eats is really no longer a quality service provider like other delivery services. Go and learn something from Checkers and Woolworths. You need to tell people up front that your order is the 6 th one in the driver's que and will take more than an hour to deliver because of the mess the computer system made.
