Ubereats shocking response

We ordered McDonald's Friday evening, driver didn't sanitize anything when he delivered but the biggest complaint was the cooldrinks, all 4 cups had black dirt all over the cups, its as though the condensation from the ice and then the driver had filthy hands n handled the cups! They could have fallen over in his bike and he had to pick up, anyway due to covid safety protocol we were certainly not going to drink these cooldrinks, there was black stuff on the INSIDE of the cup lids! I got in touch with uber who seemed completely unphased and answered that if I am concerned about my health I should contact the healthy and safety governing body. What kind if answer is that!! I even sent photos - most shocking indeed.
