UberEats Shmuber Beats

I am still awaiting a refund for a order that never arrived. I received an apology from the actual restaurant and a free chocky but Uber eats are just in no mans land. and I basically paid money for nothing. Food never arrived, further to this uber also does not reverse transactions adequately cause I can see rides on my bank statement that I definitely didnt take. I use to support Uber eats on the regular and I must say Im growing tired of their mediocre service. Can we please get some competition so I can write positive reviews good golly
