Ubereats service sucks

I am outraged by this company. I ordered Pizza from Rebels using card payment through ubereats. I placed my order around 5pm and the estimated time of delivery was 18:15. I waited patiently for my order. I called the guy but I couldn't get through. At 19:00 I called again and the call was blocked. I waited for more then an hour for my delivery. At 19:10 I received am SMS saying that my money had been reversed. I wanna know why did this happen? After waiting so long for my delivery. I don't even think I wanna use Ubereats service anymore. This is an outraged and without an explanation.
