Ubereats service suboptimal

I had really disappointing experience for Uber Eats tonight. Food arrived 1 hour later, on Monday which is very low demand day and with a pre selected tip for the driver. I have realised that once they have introduced the priority option on the app, the standard orders are treated really badly. Definitely will stop using uber eats. Luckily many food places offer delivery now,and there are other delivery providers.
