UberEats service is Pathetic and Disgusting, they make one vomit

Today I made an order via Uber Eats, R270 (incl the driver's tip) was successfully debited from my account. The assigned driver was Asanda Junior Firstly, The Asanda did not notify me as he was approaching my location Secondly, The Asanda did not wait even 3mins for the securities to locate me. Thirdly, Asanda only dialled my number as he was leaving Forthly, Asanda took a picture of the food in front of my workplace to pretend as if my order has been delivered Lastly, Asanda left with my food (which was already paid for)

I attempted to contact Asanda, however, the line was engaged I laid a complaint to Uber Eats 5mins later seeing that I received a notification to "Rate the order"🙄. To my surprise, I was told that I am NOT ligible for a refund. Then rep**** that, my company footage shows the guy arriving, talking to the securities, taking a picture and putting my food back in his bike. UberEats still remained unbothered. I requested that Asanda rather return my food but I am not attended to by anyone and seems like they are unbothered and fool of themselves.

I need UberEats to refund me back immdiately and they need to train their dogs not to eat human food!!!
