UberEats Service Is Pathetic

I had paced an order, after placing the order, I had called the helpline as my order for delivery has passed over an hour - UberEats states that the area that I reside in is not covered by them.

I cannot cancel, I cannot change from a a delivery to a pickup. This is pathetic! I am left hungry and unable to even fetch my food from the restaurant!
