UberEats service is bad and they are not helpfull

Bad service. Please and order with them today and only got half of my order. The driver wasn't interested in helping to sort out the problem and neither is UberEat as they think the once that didn't get food had to eat refunded money which will only reflect in a few days. I've informed the driver to collect the other food or take everything back, but he just left. I've informed the agents of UberEats also but they just say "sorry for you frustration". I've placed a new order with OrderIn and they where able to deliver my full order, unlike UberEats. This was my last order I've placed with UberEats also.
