UberEats ****med me uni

I ordered food from a pizza store an hour ago and the expected arrival time was in initially 15:30, it then went up to 15:35, 15:37 then 15:41. The app said the delivery was about to arrive in 5 minutes and then suddenly it said the order was completed.

I tried to contact the delivery guy with no luck. I requested assistance from Ubereats but they have a very terrible customer care. I should've just drove to the store myself. It's very difficult to trust anyone with your money these days
