Ubereats ****med me and never delivered

I order via ubereats however it was not delivered, went to check a status of my order it showed as delivered, quickly load the complainant that the driver did not even call, they acknowledge the error and offered a refund on the 26/03/2021 until today they have not responded, I tried calling their customer number they still refer me to an app that is not helpfully and I later went to their Facebook page where they promised to assist however after I sent details that were requested they not responding and ignore my posts.. it's 5 days now am just frustrated and out of options and I need my money.
