UberEats and the Uber support team on twitter have failed delivering on their promise to get me refunded for a cancelled order I placed on December. The order got cancelled and I was told I'd receive the funds in my bank account within 24 - 48 hours. Even after over 3 interactions with the Uber support team on Twitter, my issue hasn't been resolved.
