UberEats Sasolburg

I fail to understand the service. Ordered online and awaiting my delivery. 2 hours later received a notification that my order has been canceled. Frustrated, I called the place where I ordered the food, Mochachos Sasolburg, to understand what's going on. They rep**** saying my order was long done and just waiting for pick up from uber eats. 2 HOURS later! I had to go pick up my own food which I didn't want to do hence ordering online! No communication since then from Uber...they simply don't care!
