UberEats SA Mess up

Today I placed an order on ubereats. Placed the order for KFC Grey Owl Centurion. Not only was my order late but the whole order was wrong. I told the driver my order is wrong. He then informed support who then proceeded to cancel my order. I have not been able to get hold of uber support in regards to this. They have not returned my money. I know they gonna tell me about 14 business days but that's not good enough. Not only am I not able to place another cause my money has not been returned but im also don't have anything eat. Which I need I need to do cause im on medication. Im tired of Uber messing up my order's. Last week they messed up my order as well.
