UberEats *****s your money!!

I placed an order on their app from my phone. Once completed, they charge my account and the money is taken from my account. A few minutes later I received a notification from mlthe restaurant that a specific item was not available. On the app I received 2 options: replace the item with something else or remove the item. Only chose to remove the item as there was nothing else I wanted to replace it with. But now, I have paid for that item and after logging numerous requests with their help function, I received a notification that my order was complet and no refund is due.
