Absolutely shocking, the driver was *********** and couldn't follow simple instructions or follow the GPS correctly, I received a notification to say my order was delivered but nothing was received, I log te call with Uber eats and it takes them 18 hours to get back to me to day sorry that your order was delayed, here is a partial refund of R22,00 when I spent R112,00 so the driver gets a free lunch that I paid for and get told what has happened. This is shocking I've canceled my Uberone subscription and want nothing to do with you guys, you basically just ****** from me and just can do nothing about it, well done, to anyone reading this do yourself a favor and use Mr D, at least you then dont have to share a driver with someone else and get a delayed order.
